1. Overview
Auto Guru X Ltd provides professional mobile DPF cleaning, diagnostics, and vehicle fault assessment services across the UK.

By booking any service or entering into any subscription, you fully agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are strictly enforced to protect both service quality and business operations.

2. Bookings & Deposits
- A £85.00 deposit is required to secure all bookings
- Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received

- A 2-hour cooling-off period applies:
- Within 2 hours: deposit refundable
- After 2 hours: strictly non-refundable

- Deposits may be transferred at our discretion only

- Remaining balance must be paid immediately upon completion

3. Strict No Refund Policy
All payments are for:
- Time
- Labour
- Expertise
- Call-out service

 No refunds will be issued once any work has been carried out — under any circumstances

 4. Service Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)
- We do NOT guarantee a fix in all cases
- Some vehicles may require:
- Additional repairs
- Replacement parts
- Further diagnostics
- Specialist or garage-based work

 You are paying for professional service and assessment — not guaranteed outcomes

 5. Service Levels & Warranty Structure

Level 1 – Essential DPF Clean
- No warranty provided
- Suitable for early-stage blockage only
- Performed at customer risk

 Level 2 – Elite DPF Clean + Protection
- Includes 3-month warranty
- Covers:
- Diagnostic reassessment
- Call-out for the same issue

 Warranty only valid if:
- All advisories are followed
- No misuse of vehicle

---

 Level 3 – Ultimate DPF Restoration
- Includes 1-week warranty

 Designed for deeper and more complex cases where full outcome certainty cannot be guaranteed

 6. Lifetime Warranty (Max Protection Plan)

 6.1 Overview
An optional Max Protection Plan is available for Level 3 customers.

 6.2 Pricing Structure
- £120.00 initial activation fee
- Then £60.00 per month ongoing

---

 6.3 What’s Included
- Lifetime access to diagnostics (labour only)
- Free mobile call-outs for issue assessment
- Continued professional support

 6.4 Repair Benefits
- 5% discount on all repair labour
- Discount applies labour only — NOT parts
- Only valid whilst subscription is active

---

6.5 “Lifetime” Definition
“Lifetime” applies ONLY whilst the subscription remains active and paid.

 Once cancelled or missed:
- All benefits stop immediately
- No continued support applies

 6.6 Fair Usage (Strict)
This plan is for reasonable use only.

 Abuse includes:
- Excessive call-outs
- Repeated avoidable issues
- Ignoring advisories

Auto Guru X Ltd reserves full rights to:
- Limit usage
- Cancel subscription

 7. Warranty Exclusions (Non-Negotiable)

Warranties DO NOT cover

-Not Providing paperwork for Advisory Work  (must be submitted upon Warranty request)

- Ignored advisories
- Continued driving with warning lights
- Faulty sensors not replaced
- Engine faults affecting DPF
- Driving style or fuel quality issues
- Previous or third-party work
- Repeat blockages caused by misuse

 Any of the above will void all warranty immediately

 8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide accurate vehicle information
- Ensure safe working conditions
- Disclose known issues

Failure to do so removes all liability from Auto Guru X Ltd.

 9. Liability Limitation
Auto Guru X Ltd is not liable for:
- Pre-existing faults
- Component failure during or after service
- Loss of earnings
- Vehicle downtime

All work is carried out using professional judgement only.

10. Cancellations
- Minimum 24 hours notice required
- Failure to do so may result in deposit loss

---

 11. Safety & Refusal of Work
We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if:
- Conditions are unsafe
- Weather prevents safe operation
- The vehicle presents risk

12. Data Usage
Customer data is used for:
- Bookings
- Communication
- Service records

No data is shared without consent.

 13. Changes to Terms
Auto Guru X Ltd reserves the right to update these terms at any time without notice.

 14. Agreement
By proceeding with any booking or subscription, you confirm that you:

- Fully understand these terms
- Accept all conditions
- Agree to be bound by them
